Privacy Policy
This notice explains what personal data Data Sense collects through this website, why, how we protect it, and your rights under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
What we collect
Contact form: your name, email, organisation if you give one, and your message.
Falcon Sense early-access form: your name, work email, organisation and its type, and your role, regions of interest and message if you give them — plus your choice on the news checkbox, with when you made it and the wording you saw.
We do not ask for sensitive data, and we do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
Why we collect it
To answer your message, and to answer your early-access request and contact you about it, including when Falcon Sense opens. We send other Data Sense news only if you agreed to it; you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Where your data is processed
Your request reaches us as an email sent by an email service provider; the pages are served by a hosting provider; and a Cloudflare check confirms the sender is a person, not a bot. These providers' servers may be outside the Kingdom; we choose them for appropriate safeguards.
We measure visits with aggregated figures that do not identify you and use no cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep contact requests for no more than 12 months after our last exchange with you, then delete them — unless they become part of a contract we must keep by law.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent to marketing messages. Write to the address on our contact page and we will reply within the period the law sets.
Changes
We may update this notice; the date at the top shows the latest version.
